Relief for AAP MLA Manoj Kumar in land-grabbing case
A Delhi court on Monday granted bail to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Manoj Kumar who was arrested in a cheating and land-grabbing case.
The Karkardooma Court had last week dismissed the bail plea of Kumar, who was arrested on July 9 for allegedly selling a plot for Rs six lakh in November 2012 to complainant Vinod.
Vinod had alleged in his complaint to the police that Kumar used to work as a property dealer before venturing into politics.
