Retired England spinner Graeme Swann has said that when he looks back at his England career, he cannot help breaking out into a huge smile because he could not be more satisfied.
According to News.com.au, Swann said that he has taken part in three successive Ashes series wins and helped England lift the World Twenty20 in 2010.
Swann said that he knows some people will be surprised by the suddenness of his decision and the fact that he is making himself unavailable for the final two Tests of the Ashes series.
He added that his right elbow had not felt the same since he had a second operation earlier this year and when he gets into his 35th or 40th over, its not ideal to continue.
