Motorola has reportedly appointed Rick Osterloh as the president and chief operating officer of the company that is soon to become a part of Lenovo.
The announcement comes as Motorola's former COO Dennis Woodside left the position to join Dropbox as COO, Cnet reported.
Liu Jun, executive vice president of Lenovo expressed that the company is pleased to hear that Osterloh will lead Motorola now.
Lenovo wants to transform itself from being known primarily as a PC maker into a company with extensive technologies.
