Bee Gees singer Robin Gibb, has left his 26million-pound fortune to his widow and three children, but his love child has been cut out of the inheritance.
Gibb died in May last year, after a long battle with colon and liver cancer. He is survived by his second wife Dwina, 60, their son Robin-John, 28, his two children from his first marriage, Spencer, 41, and Melissa, 39 and his four-year-old daughter, Snow Robin.
He fathered Snow Robin with his live-in housekeeper Claire Yang, then 34, in 2009. Gibb is said to have given her 5 million pounds before his death.
It is believed that the 15-page will was drawn up in August 2011, nine months before Gibb's death.
According to a UK publication, the will provides for all except his youngest daughter Robin. He has stated in the last paragraph of his will that he was in the process of making provisions for her and asked his trustees to provide for her if he did not.
Miss Yang has been granted the 850,000 pounds house in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, which was bought for her by her lover.
The latest revelations follow claims of a feud between Mrs Gibb and Miss Yang, and it said that though the couple had an open relationship, his wife prevented his lover and daughter from attending his funeral.
Miss Yang has not commented on reports that her daughter was given a hefty sum, and it is not clear whether she will contest on behalf of her daughter.
