After the massive success of 'Not in This Lifetime' tour, Guns N' Roses might surprise their fans again!
Band members Axl Rose and Slash have been teasing fans with a possibility of coming up with a new album, and now guitarist Richard Fortus revealed in a recent interaction that the band is going to try to do another record, reported Loudwire.
In a recent interview with host Favazz of KSHE95, the 52-year-old guitarist was asked about the possibility of a new record from the rock band, to which he responded, "We're going to try and do another record and get it out soon."
Favazz then said that he hoped it'd be great, Fortus added saying, "How could it not be? The band is so great right now."
Fortus further stated that 'some new music' may release before the end of 2019 and also hinted at another tour, depending on how quickly new music is released.
Earlier this year, Slash told Classic Rock Magazine that, "Now that we've mended fences and gotten back together and done this, we're going to keep it together."
"Axl's got a ton of shit that he recorded already, so we're just going to get in there and just start getting into that thing, and then if we do a record and then do a tour, I could see that cycle going on endlessly," he added.
Piquing the curiosity of their fans, Rose also spoke with Iceland Magazine, hinting for a new record. "Right now our focus is on touring and the shows but everyone seems to be getting along so you never know," said Rose.
Meanwhile, Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators just released 'Living the Dream' album a few months back. On the other hand, Duff McKagan has a solo album coming out soon and Fortus revealed in his interview that he's working on producing an album for rock band titled Psychedelic Furs early in 2019.
