Rocking Deals to expand its footprint with 75 retail stores pan India

Used phones seller in India, Rocking Deals has announced its foray into distribution of pre-owned certified mobile phones as the company plans to set up its retail stores across India.

With a customer base of more than a million customers now, Rocking Deals plans to service each major retailer with its team of distributors and sales team.

It also has plans to open 75 retail stores on the high streets all over India.

"There is a need to educate and demonstrate the customers about the complete life cycle of these products which even includes after sales services, extended warranties etc. where the customer is safeguarded what if the phone has some problem after two months then they still have an option in hand. Whoever makes an edge and wins the customer's trust will be on the top of the pyramid. The economy goes up or low, the mobile phones have now become a necessity and we look forward in becoming the pioneers in the industry," said founder and CEO, Rocking Deals, YuvrajAman Singh.

"In order to implement the same we are planning to invest nearly USD four million, which will also help us in our future plans. We have brought in new technologies like TERASCI for device testing and data sanitization. It is used in full functional testing along with checking for counterfeits to ensure that all customer data is removed before selling the device to someone else," added Yuvraj.

Adding to this he said that the company has tied up with Future Dial, which helps in data clearing, high performance mixed-model data wipe and refurbishing for mobile devices, asset tracking etc.

"These technologies have helped us give something better to our customers. We plan to get more technologies in future in order to expand our business and get more opportunities on business front," he added.

Being the largest supplier with quality product portfolio, Rocking Deals currently sells devices through Amazon India, Ebay, Snapdeal, Shopclues, Quikr and Junglee.
