Wayne Rooney's 49th international goal helped his side to become the first team to qualify for 2016 Euro Championship after they defeated San Marino 6-0 in Serravalle on Saturday.
The England skipper converted a 13th minute penalty into goal and equalled the national record held by Bobby Charlton.
Midfielder Ross Barkley also scored his first goal for England and contributed to its victory, Sport24 reported.
Late efforts by forward Theo Walcott, who scored two goals and Harry Kane, who contributed one goal, also helped England to further extend the lead.
England have now scored a total of 37 goals in the six games that they have played against San Marino.
