The Royal Canadian Mint has paid a tribute to Superman by releasing limited-edition coins of the superhero made of silver and gold.
The 2014 collection includes four new coins that ranges from fine silver to 14-karat gold, CNet reported.
A fine silver coin of Superman from the Action Comics No.419 cover costs about 90dollars for a 15dollars-face-value coin whereas one will have to shell out 70dollars for 10dollars-face-vaule coin.
The most expensive coin is the 14-karat gold coin with the famous red "S" on Superman's costume depicted on The Adventures of Superman comics No.596. The 100dollars-face-value coin costs around 750dollars.
