Minister of State for Skill Development and Parliamentary Affairs Rajiv Pratap Rudy on Monday alleged that the Janata Dal (United) comparing the RSS with the ISIS exemplifies the deranged psyche of the party leaders.

"Let JD (U) say whatever they want to. We are proud to be associated with the RSS. We are proud that we are in line with the nation's greatest nationalists. The politics of vote has compelled the JD (U) and RJD to say such things. Comparing RSS with ISIS exemplifies the deranged psyche of the leaders of the Janata Dal (United)," he said.

Rudy also hit back at the Congress for their 'intolerance' remark, saying the grand old party had lost its tolerance the day they faced a humiliating defeat in the Lok Sabha polls.

"The Congress is trying to polarise the society keeping in mind the ensuing Bihar Assembly elections. And because of this the people who must talk about nationalism and patriotism are raising issues of division and are trying to mislead the country," he added.

The Janata Dal (United) had earlier alleged that the international terrorist organisation ISIS is the Muslim version of the RSS.

"The ISIS and RSS are competitors. In fact, the ISIS is the Muslim version of RSS," JD (U) leader K.C. Tyagi told ANI.
