Rupak Kumar Dutta appointed as MHA Special Secretary

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet on Thursday approved the appointment of Rupak Kumar Dutta, Special Director, CBI, as Special Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs (after curtailing his present tenure) against the ibid upgraded post in the apex scale from the date of joining the post up to the date of his superannuation on October 31, 2017 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Rozy Agarwal, IDAS (1994), as Executive Director(Finance), National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG), Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post for a period of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Rajiv Kishore, IRPS (1988), as Executive Director(Admin), National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG), Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post for a period of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

C.V. Dharma Rao, CSS, as Executive Director/DDG, National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG), Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post for a period up to his superannuation on August 31, 2019 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Ajay Kumar Lal, IFoS (HP:1987), as Joint Secretary and Mission Director, National Mission for Justice Delivery and Legal Reforms (NMJDLR), Department of Justice, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post for a period up to his superannuation on August 31, 2019 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice A.K. Gulati, IRPS(1984).

Shubha Thakur, CSS, as Joint Director General (JS level), Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a period of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Pradip K. Tripathi, IAS (JK:1987), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of New & Renewable Energy from the date of assumption of the charge of the post for a period of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Tarun Kapoor, IAS(HP:1987).

Srivatsa Krishna, IAS(KN:1994), as Secretary, Coffee Board, under the Department of Commerce for a period of two years from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, or until further orders, whichever is earlier by initially upgrading the post at JS level (Non­-CSS ) for a period of two years.

T Venkatesh, IAS(UP:1988), as Executive Director, Tobacco Board, under the Department of Commerce for a period of two years from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, or until further orders, whichever is earlier by initially upgrading the post at JS level (Non-CSS ) for a period of two years.

Arnab Roy, IAS(WB:1991), as Deputy Chairman, Tea Board, under the Department of Commerce for a period of two years from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, or until further orders, whichever is earlier by initially upgrading the post at JS level (Non-CSS ) for a period of two years.

A. Ajith Kumar, IAS (KL:1994), as Executive Director, Rubber Board, under the Department of Commerce (by curtailing his tenure as Chairman, Rubber Board) from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a period up to his superannuation on May 31, 2018 or until orders , whichever is earlier by initially upgrading the post at JS level (Non-CSS) for a period of two years.
