Saif Ali Khan and Ileana D'Cruz recently released the first look of their upcoming movie 'Happy Ending' along with Govinda, Ranvir Shorey and Kalki Koechlin in Mumbai.
Whilst speaking at the event, Khan said, "We read it and it was quite new and progressive and it is also a bit of a spoof on rom-coms. The guy, the writer lives in America and so his sensibility is slightly different and he has to write a Bollywood film. So in a way, we are kind of making a little bit of healthy fun of ourselves".
The film revolves around the life of an Indian writer in America who has had a dry spell where his writing skills are put to test when he has to write a Bollywood movie and his journey is caught between discovering love and finding the inspiration for his film.
The soundtrack of the film has been composed by duo, Sachin- Jigar and is directed by duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K and produced by Dinesh Vijayan.
'Happy Ending' is set to hit theatres on November 21, 2014.
