Samuel L. Jackson fears that he'll follow in the footsteps of so many relatives who have succumbed to Alzheimer's disease.
The movie star attends as many fundraisers for the condition as he can because he's convinced he'll be diagnosed with dementia before he dies, Contactmusic reported.
He said that his grandfather had Alzheimer's, as well his maternal and paternal grandmothers.
His mum died from it last year, and her sister's got it.
Because it's around him like that, he said that he is kind of waiting on that day where he walks in a room and don't know why he is there.
He told Playboy that he is going to do all he can to help people because of that.
