Sean Connery made some rather outrageous demands before signing for his iconic role as James Bond in the third installment of the British franchise 'Goldfinger'.
The 83-year-old actor ensured to maintain his A-list status by demanding that his name, at any promotional material, was 25 percent bigger than any other cast members name. The contract also stated that Connery would be given star billing in first position above any artwork, the Daily Express reported.
The revelation came into light after a rare copy of the contract titled 'Billing guarantee: Sean Connery', between the actor's management company Inforex, and the company which was responsible for worldwide distribution of 'Goldfinger' promotional material, was sold by a private collector in California, which is now expected to be sold for 1000 euros at International Autograph Auctions sale in London.
