Union Urban Development Minister M. Venkaiah Naidu on Thursday announced that the government has decided to observe September 25 as 'Antyodaya Diwas' every year to mark the birth anniversary of erstwhile Bharatiya Jana Sangh and BJP icon Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya.
