The Appointments Committee of the Union Cabinet, which is the competent authority, has approved the assignment of additional charge of the post of Vice Chairman, Delhi Development Authority (DDA), to Shanker Mishra.
Mr. Mishra is an IAS officer of the 1984 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre.
He is currently the Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Urban Development.
He will be in charge of the DDA for a period of three months, or, till the appointment of a regular incumbent or until further orders, whichever is earliest.
