Sonam Kapoor recently attended a charity event organized by Plan International under the banner 'Because I am a Girl'.
The 31-year-old 'Neerja' star has been supporting the cause of children's rights and education for some years now, and mentioned that she is happy with the progress, reports Pinkvilla.
Dressed in a blue dress teamed with pale yellow pumps and black handbag, Sonam looked pretty while addressing the girls at the event.
'Because I am a Girl' is a global movement driven by Plan International to ensure girls everywhere can "learn, lead, decide and thrive."
The fashion diva is all set to work on her sister Rhea Kapoor's latest venture, 'Veere Di Wedding' which will also feature Kareena Kapoor Khan.
