The actor, who voices Squidward Tentacles on 'SpongeBob SquarePants,' Rodger Bumpass, has been recently arrested for DUI.
Sources revealed that police noticed a blue PT Cruiser stopped in the middle of a road just before 11 PM with a man leaning against the car, reports TMZ.com.
When cops walked up to the guy and made him walk and noticed that he was unsteady and nearly fell.
It was also revealed that Bumpass confessed to driving just before cops spotted him and he was arrested after failing a field sobriety test.
Meanwhile, reports claimed that Bumpass' blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.
