Kenya Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs Amina Mohamed on Thursday called on External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj in the national capital.
The two leaders exchanged greetings and discussed issues of mutual interest to both countries.
Earlier in the day the visiting Kenyan dignitary had met Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Nirmala Sitharaman while participating in the seventh Joint Trade Committee meeting.
Kenya is an important trade and investment partner for India. Bilateral trade was
USD 4.019 billion during 2013-14, with India's exports worth nearly USD 3.77 billion.
