After actor Hrithik Roshan, his former wife Sussane Khan has now grabbed headlines for wrong reasons.
The 37-year-old entrepreneur and designer has been booked by the Panaji Police in an alleged Rs. 1.87 crore cheating case.
Complainant Mudhit Gupta, who is the managing partner of real estate firm Emgee Properties, has accused the mother of two of falsely projecting herself as an architect to secure a contract with the company.
In September 2013, the company executed a written contract with her "for architectural and designing services".
The project concerned is Emgee Properties' Naira Complex, which was being constructed at Siridao in Tiswadi, North Goa.
The complainant alleged that Sussane failed to deliver the project within the period stipulated in the contract.
