Opener David Warner scored a brilliant century before the rain-hit third Test between Australia and West Indies ended in a draw on the final day at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Thursday.
West Indies resumed their innings on 248-7 on the final day after the persistent downpour washed out the entire third and fourth day.
After the visitors got bowled out for 330 in the first innings, Australia managed to score 177 for the loss of two wickets, with David Warner and Peter Nevill remaining unbeaten at 122 and 7 respectively.
This was the fifth time in over a century of Test cricket in Australia where play had been abandoned for two consecutive days due to rain.
Warner was adjourned as 'man of the match' and Adam Voges was declared 'man of the series' for his brilliant performance with the bat.
With the draw in the last match, the hosts have clinched the Frank Worrell Trophy series 2-0. Australia won the opening Test by an innings and 212-run and the second Test by 177 runs.
