Taylor Swift has revealed that a number of men, who have showed up at her house and her mom's house, have "threatened to either kill her, kidnap her, or marry her."

The 24-year-old singer, who really "values normalcy," said that she fought the idea of having security for a very long time, because she likes to be able to take a drive by herself, which she hasn't done in six years as they have to be in a car behind her, Us Magazine reported.

The 'Welcome to New York' singer, who obtained a restraining order against a stalker named Timothy Sweet who reportedly believed he was married to Swift and wrote threatening messages on social media, added that this is the strange and sad part of her life that she tries not to think about.

The Grammy winner continued she tries to be lighthearted about it, because she doesn't ever want to be scared and want to be walking down the street scared and when she has security, she doesn't has to be scared.
