Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari on Wednesday reviewed digitalisation of schools with special officers of the education department and the Information Technology (IT) Secretary.

As part of modernizing the education system, the government has plans to digitalize education from the next academic session.

Last month, the Telangana Government announced the introduction of digital classrooms in 2,175 government schools in the state.

The total cost of this transformation process is expected to cost Rs. 75,000 per school.
