TiE Delhi-NCR, the world's largest network of successful entrepreneurs and professionals presents the sixth edition of India Internet Day to facilitate all conversations around India's aspirations as a future world leader and sustained, well-distributed growth of our vibrant economy.
The event will be hosted by the TiE Delhi-NCR chapter in the capital at Taj Palace on April 7th, 2017.
"India Internet Day #iDay is a leadership conference that looks at setting conversations around vision 2020 for the industry. The one day conference will witness the prestigious #iDay Talk as well as keynote Fire-side chat by Kalyan Krishnamurthy, Chief Operational Officer, Flipkart. The multidimensional event will also give stage to progressive conversations around 'Surfing the Mobile Video wave to Access Real India' with Farid Ahsan, Co-Founder and CEO, Sharechat and Satya Raghavan, Google. The event will receive its due closure with Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Founder and CEO of Paytm and One97 Communications Limited initiating a reformist dialogue around the 'Future of Payments'.
With a host of developments on the economic front, startup entrepreneurship in India in 2017 is all set to move beyond the fatigue and fragmentation of the past. What appears to be providence for a few also holds opportunities therein for many others.
As the demonetization policy turns six months and GST is set to bloom, and as unique sustainable models backed by innovative disruptors become the ask of the day, #iDay 2017 promises to be cerebrally loaded with conversations which will shape the future of our economy.
