Trade unions across India on Wednesday observed nation-wide strike over NDA's proposed changes in the Labour laws.

Essential services, like public transport, are impacted with ten central trade unions across Mumbai, Kolkata, Kanpur, Jaipur and even in Kerala going ahead with their one-day nationwide strike, even as the government appealed to them for calling off the agitation.
