Chilly winters in Delhi have arrived and its impact is being seen as the fog covers the city during late night hours and the early morning hours.
It has been seen in the last couples of weeks that the trains and flight services either being delayed or being rescheduled for next day.
At least seven International arriving to Delhi's IGI airport and six domestic flights are arriving late and two domestic flights have been cancelled due to foggy weather today.
Also 55 trains are running late, 22 rescheduled and at least 6 trains have been cancelled on Wednesday morning.
