Two killed in clashes between rival TMC groups in West Bengal

Two Trinamool workers have reportedly died in an alleged clash between rival TMC groups on Saturday in Beonta village of South 24 Parganas District in West Bengal, over issues related to the gram panchayat head.

According to media reports, two Trinamool Congress workers named Bapan Mondal and Rajesh Mondal died on the spot after being hit by bullets in the clashes. Some houses were allegedly set on fire by the rival groups.

After the clashes broke out between the rival factions, bombs and bullets were reportedly exchanged between the followers of the two groups.
