Minister of State (MoS) for External Affairs General (Retd.) V. K. Singh met Ecuador's Foreign Minister Ricardo Patino Aroca here yesterday.
Both ministers also discussed progress in bilateral cooperation and on multilateral and regional issues of mutual interest.
General Singh also interacted with Ecuador's Vice Foreign Minister Leonardo Arizaga.
The MoS also conveyed satisfaction on the successful implementation of the project of Centre of Excellence in Information Technology (CEIT) at Ibarra. The project has been set up under the Technical and
Economic Cooperation programme of Government of India.
