Manchester United manager Louie van Gaal has pledged that he would leave the Old Trafford club if he finds that the chemistry with his players is not working.
According to Van Gaal, the most important thing was the chemistry between players and staff and insisted that he always works to his utmost best when he has that feeling of bonding with players, the Mirror reported.
The Dutchman added that he had already proven that viewpoint with his former clubs and former jobs. He had walked away from Ajax and Barcelona during his second spells at the clubs.
Van Gaal, who came under severe criticism for his boring and defensive style of football, faces a litmus test when United visit Wolfsburg on Tuesday in a bid to make the last 16 of the Champions League.
