Bombay Dyeing heir Ness Wadia, who has been charged with molesting and threatening his ex-girlfriend Preity Zinta, has strongly denied the allegations saying that he is disgusted to know that she can stoop to such a level.
Wadia described the allegations against him as totally false and baseless, and said that it was impossible for him to assault Preity Zinta, as she is always surrounded by bodyguards.
Bollywood actress Preity Zinta filed a molestation complaint on Friday against her former boyfriend and business partner Ness Wadia, alleging that he molested and abused her in Wankhede Stadium on May 30.
Assistant Police Inspector Vijay Mane of Marine Drive Police Station said, "On May 30 during a match between Chennai Super Kings and Kings Eleven Punjab, Wadia and the 39-year-old actress were sitting together, when he allegedly molested her by holding her hand, pushing her and then saying something offensive to her."
Mane added that Zinta's complaint letter has been made into an FIR and the case is lodged under section 354, 504, 506 of IPC and the investigation is still going on.
