Warner Bros is coming up with a remake on the 1980's classic 'Escape to Victory' which may just cast England's World Cup losers.
The original WWII drama showed German authorities arrange a match against a group of war prisoners, where top players including late skipper Bobby Moore and legendary Brazilian player Pele, 73, had starred along with Sylvester Stallone and Michael Caine, the Daily Star reported.
Players-turned-actors Eric Cantona and Vinnie Jones are reportedly expected to be approached to star in the film, which will be directed Doug Liman.
