Former Red Bull driver Mark Webber has advised Jenson Button to think about venturing into the world endurance championship, following the track chosen by him last year to join Porshe's sportscar programme.

As McLaren is set to declare Fernando Alonso's move shortly, it has not been decided whether Button would be retained in the team for the next season, The BBC reported. It would be huge to have Button either in the team or against next year in the tournament, said Webber in a twitter statement. Webber also suggested Button to sign the sportscar contract and get with it.
