US ice cream maker Ben and Jerry's has sued a porn company after it used titles based on its traditional flavours.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Caballero Video has reached a settlement with the Vermont ice cream maker, Sky News reported.
According to the suit, several titles in Caballero's Ben and Cherry's series - such as Peanut Butter D-Cup - besmirched the ice cream maker's name and infringed its trademark.
Not only were the names similar to real Ben and Jerry's products, but the films' packaging also mimicked Ben and Jerry's clouds-and-cows logo, the ice cream maker said.
Caballero Video, a Los Angeles-based video company also known as Rodax Distributors, had previously agreed to pull the titles until the suit was resolved.
