Audi is expanding its dealer network and one of the next major stops for the German manufacturer will be the holy city of Nashik. This will be the third city in Maharashtra where Audi will have its dealership, if you count Mumbai and Navi Mumbai as one. There is also a dealership in Pune too.
At the moment, Nashik only has Mercedes-Benz dealership and Jaguar Land Rover will be another brand that will be targeting Nashik in the coming time. We have learnt that the company at the moment has a set of sales representatives that operate from Nashik. The Tier I cities are the next major target for all the luxury car makers and soon we can expect even BMW to set a mark in this city.
Audi will be showcasing the A3 and the Q7 at the upcoming Auto Expo. Audi has been leading the sales chart this year and Mercedes-Benz is now second in the race. The next year will be important as several refreshes and new products could be channelized for the Indian market, as the number of luxury car buyers is on the rise. Mercedes-Benz and BMW too will introduce many products. Volvo on the other hand has decided not to participate in the upcoming Auto Expo.
