One of the world’s leading car infotainment manufacturer Blaupunkt has forayed into the entry level car music system segment with the launch of its two new models – Tokyo 110 and Manchester 110. Both the products have been priced aggressively at Rs 4990 and Rs 5990 respectively. These are single DIN radios and boast of common features like MP3, WMA, USB, AUX-in and iPod control. The differentiating factor for the two music systems is that the Manchester comes with a CD slot while the Tokyo does not. However the latter comes with an SD card slot for one to play music which is absent in the Manchester 110.

With the launch of these two new music systems Blaupunkt aims to target the second hand car buyers along with taxi fleet owners as this segment is now keen on obtaining good music systems but with a budgeted price range.
