Land Rover Announces Pricing of 2016 Rang Rover Evoque For UK

Land Rover has announced the pricing of its most successful model, the Range Rover Evoque which will be available for customers of UK from September. The SUV will also make its way to Indian showrooms by next year and with the Auto Expo scheduled in 2016, the delivers is expected to start after the showcasing. In UK, the base model of 2016 Range Rover Evoque SE gets a price tag of £30,200 (INR 27.92 lac) while the top of the line HSE DYNAMIC LUX is priced at £48,50 (INR 44.86 lac). Customers can choose their desired vehicles from a wide range of models such as SE, SE Tech, HSE Dynamic, HSE Dynamic Lux and Autobiography.

On the exterior, the new Evoque gets updates in the form of new front bumper, two new grille designs, all-LED headlamps (optional), tailgate spoiler and three new alloy wheel designs. While inside the cabin, it flaunts new seat pattern, refresh interior scheme, Land Rover’s new infotainment system-InControlTM Touch with an eight-inch touchscreen. 2016 Evoque also offers heated eight way adjustable front seats, power-fold door mirrors, automatic headlamps, rain sensing wipers and automatic climate control in addition to the previous 15MY specification. On the safety front, the new Evoque include standard features such as Lane Departure Warning, Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB).

The new 2016 Range Rover Evoque packs up the EU6-compliant four-cylinder Ingenium engine which gives fuel economy of up to 28.91 kmpl (68mpg). The new TD4 engine is 20-30kg lighter than its predecessor and ensures low levels of vibration and noise intrusion. The engine is tuned to develop power in two outputs. The  150PS (148bhp) (eD4 2WD) offers fuel economy of up to 68mpg while 180PS (177.6bhp) unit offers 59mpg (25.01kmpl).
