It further added that the compant sold 14,244 vehicles globally in which 6,202 units were sold at domestic front while the remaining 8,042 units were exported.

The sales rate in the month of October saw a rise by 27.1% than the previous year and 22.1% on an acculumated basis. Korando C played the major role in this immense growth as its 5,997 units were sold. It is highest ever montly sales of this vehicle, since its inception in 2010. Ssangyong began to sell this model worldwide by the introduction of New Korando C in August this year. Additionally, the company witnessed record monthly production volume of 14,786 units this year because of the extra work carried out on days as well as weekends in order to hike the supply graph. This was reduced back to normal and rapid sales of facelifted models also helped it.
