ABG Shipyard announces change in CFO

With effect from 18 December 2014

ABG Shipyard has appointed Hasmukh D. Daftary as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 18 December 2014 in place of Rajesh Tulsiani, who has resigned and ceased from the office of Chief Financial Officer of the Company after closure of working hour of 11 December 2014.
