Adani Transmission to consider fund raising options

Adani Transmission will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 May 2018, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2018, to consider raising of funds by issue of Equity Shares / Convertible Bonds through Qualified Institutional Placement [QIP] / GDR / ADR / FCCBs / FCEBs / Convertible Securities, and consider issue of Secured / Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis.
