Aditya Birla Capital allots 1.43 lakh equity shares under ESOS

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 1,43,649 equity shares under ESOS on 25 February 2020. Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs 23,13,27,97,020 (i.e. 2,31,32,79,702 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10 each) to Rs 23,13,42,33,510 (i.e. 2,31,34,23,351 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10 each).
