Aditya Birla Nuvo standalone net profit declines 25.72% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 42.46% to Rs 1178.95 crore

Net profit of Aditya Birla Nuvo declined 25.72% to Rs 62.33 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 83.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 42.46% to Rs 1178.95 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 2048.97 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 31.77% to Rs 360.02 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 527.69 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 38.85% to Rs 5422.58 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 8867.84 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
