Amrutanjan Health Care announced that the scheme of amalgamation of Amrutanjan Pharmaessense with Amrutanjan Health Care was approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai vide Order dated 17 July 2017.Further, - form INC-28 has been filed with the Registrar of Companies on 19 July 2017, in pursuant to the above order.
