Andhra Petrochemicals announces cessation of nominee director

Andhra Petrochemicals announced that A Mallikarjun, Nominee Director of IDBI Bank, has resigned from the Board of the Company, w.e.f. 10 February 2015 consequent upon withdrawal of his nomination by IDBI Bank.
