Andrew Yule & Company will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2016, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2016 and approve allotment of Equity Shares of the Company to the President of India on preferential basis as per BIFR Order.
