Anjani Synthetics announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 12 October 2018 has approved the following -

1. Approved appointment of Gopal Sanwarmal Pansari [DIN: 08226713] as an Additional Independent Director of the Company.
2. Approved appointment of Bhoorsingh Baghsingh Parihar [DIN: 01612692] as an Additional Director of the Company.
3. Approved resignation of Govindprasad Madanchand Goyal as an independent Director
4. Approved resignation of CS Rushabh Madhusudan Shah
5. Approved appointment of Konark Piyush Patel as a Whole time Company Secretary and Compliance Office of the Company.
