Aptech appoints CEO

With effect from 01 July 2016

Aptech announced that the Company has vide Circular Resolution passed by the Board of Directors on 30 June 2016, appointed Anil Pant as a senior management employee designated as "CEO Designate" effective 01 July 2016 and is proposed to be appointed subsequently at a duly convened meeting of the Board of Directors as an Additional Director and as the "Managing Director & CEO Designate" or the "Joint Managing Director & CEO Designate" or such other designation as the Board may deem fit.
