Asya Infosoft to hold board meeting

Asya Infosoft will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 7 January 2016, to consider & allot equivalent number of equity shares having face value of Rs 10 each issued at premium of Rs 12.75 per share, upon conversion of warrants & receipt of due consideration amount from respective allottees.
