AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 34,985 equity shares under ESOPs. The paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from Rs. 2,934,754,240 consisting of 293,475,424 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 2,935,104,090 consisting of 293,510,409 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.
