Board of IDFC approves restructuring of subsidiaries

At meeting held on 08 November 2019

The Board of IDFC at its meeting held on 08 November 2019 has approved the acquisition of 100% equity stake of IDFC Alternatives and IDFC Trustee Company (both have been NON-OPERATIVE step down subsidiaries of IDFC) from IDFC Financial Holding Company (a wholly owned subsidiary of IDFC ) at their respective book values as a part of simplification of its corporate structure.
