Australia S&P/ASX200 ends 0.2% down

Australian equity market finished lower for second straight session on Tuesday, 05 December 2017, with losses in the heavyweight financial, mining and health care sectors outweighed a good session for retailers. The S&P/ASX 200 index ended down 0.2%, or 13.887 points to 5,971.70 at the close of trade.
