Axis Bank allots 49,283 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 49,283 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 14 December 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase Rs. 613,50,57,068 (306,75,28,534 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 613,51,55,634 (306,75,77,817 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
